BINDING EFFECT. This is a binding agreement. By using the Internet site located at  www.opening-lotus.com  (the Site) or any services provided in connection with the Site (the Service), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, as they may be amended by  Interior Workings Inc., A California Corporation (Company) from time to time in its sole discretion. Company will post a notice on the Site any time these Terms of Use have been changed or otherwise updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically, and if at any time you find these Terms of Use unacceptable, you must immediately leave the Site and cease all use of the Service and the Site. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.
PRIVACY POLICY. Company respects your privacy and permits you to control the treatment of your personal information. We use PayPal to initiate and complete your purchase of items from this Web Site. KEEP HANDS AND FEET CLEAR OF ANY MOVING MECHANISMS.   THE OPENING LOTUS JOYUS LOVESEAT IS MEANT TO ENHANCE THE INTIMACY OF HEALTHY ADULT INDIVIDUALS WHO INTENTIONALLY USE THIS PRODUCT FOR THE PRACTICE OF SACRED UNITY. PERSONS USING THE OPENING LOTUS JOYUS LOVESEAT SHOULD KNOW THEIR OWN PHYSICAL AND ENERGETIC LIMITATIONS.   INDIVIDUALS SHOULD SEEK THE PROPER PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE BEFORE USING THE OPENING LOTUS JOYUS LOVESEAT.  ANY PERSON USING THE OPENING LOTUS JOYUS LOVESEAT ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN ACTIONS AND HOLDS HARMLESS OPENING LOTUS JOYUS LOVESEAT AND INTERIOR WORKINGS, INC., AND THEIR AGENTS, EMPLOYESS, OWNERS, DIRECTORS, DISTRIBUTORS, AND TRADE SHOWS, FOR THEIR ACTIONS, AND ANY CLAIMS, LOSS, OR DAMAGES RELATED TO ITS PRODUCTS. 
RETURN POLICY.  The purchaser is responsible for shipping cost if you want to return the item to us, prepaid.

Company works with a number of partners and affiliates whose Internet sites may be linked with the Site. SEVERABILITY; WAIVER. If, for whatever reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any term or condition in these Terms of Use to be unenforceable, all other terms and conditions will remain unaffected and in full force and effect.
